What you'll do



As a Digital Marketing Executive specialising in Technology and Cloud Data at Sainsbury's, your role will revolve around spearheading the development and maintenance of cloud-based data solutions, particularly focusing on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, you will be responsible for crafting scalable data pipelines and workflows using JSON and Python to ensure seamless data transfer across Marketing and Media platforms, cloud data warehouses, and BI reporting tools. Working alongside internal Product and Engineering teams, as well as external agency resources, you will collaborate to deliver complex communications programmes through automated, data-driven processes. Building strong relationships across the organisation and managing multiple stakeholders will be essential, along with your ability to translate intricate technical concepts and requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a Digital Marketing Executive specialising in Technology and Cloud Data for Sainsbury's, you are a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of building and managing cloud-based data pipelines to drive successful business outcomes for large organisations. Your expertise in digital media and marketing platforms, such as Snowflake, Azure, AWS, GCP, GMP, Adobe, and Tealium, enables you to develop scalable data solutions with a customer-centric focus. With a strong technical background and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, you excel in translating complex requirements into actionable strategies, influencing senior stakeholders, and implementing data-driven marketing technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and deliver exceptional customer-first communications.
