Data Analyst - Birchwood - £45,000 + Bonus

The Company:
Lorien Global are supporting a large-scale digital business based in Birchwood, currently investing in their data capability. As the demand for accurate, actionable insights increases, they're looking to bring an experienced Data Analyst into their growing Data Insights and Reporting function.

The Role:
In this role, you'll be responsible for enhancing the Power BI reporting estate-improving the accuracy, performance, and usability of business-critical dashboards. A key objective will be to help develop a robust self-serve reporting solution that empowers users across the business to access the data they need.

You'll work closely with the Principal Developer, support the delivery of complex projects, and having the opportunity to learn from them and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimise and manage the existing Power BI reporting environment Build scalable, user-friendly dashboards and reports to support business decisions Aid developing a reliable self-serve platform for non-technical users Collaborate across teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into robust solutions Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members Ensure data integrity and performance across complex data sets


The Requirements:

Strong experience with the Power BI platform and its core capabilities Skilled in data modelling, DAX, and SQL querying Experience working with complex or high-volume data (. finance, insurance, stock market data) Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills


The Benefits:

Salary between £40,000 - £45,000 Annual bonus scheme Enhanced company pension contribution 25 days holiday (with increases over time) Hybrid working from the Birchwood office
