We are seeking a highly analytical and business-mindedBusiness Data Analystwith 2–3 years of experience, preferably with a background in market research and operational analysis. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights that support decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support business strategies;
2. Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to guide product development and growth strategies;
3. Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for product, marketing, and operational teams;
4. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor performance and key initiatives;
5. Work with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and assist in business planning;
6. Engage in forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case creation;
7. Provide ad hoc data insights and support for strategic projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field;
• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics or business analysis, with a focus on market research;
• Proficient in SQL and at least one analytical tool (e.g., Python, R, Excel);
• Experience with BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker;
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data findings to practical outcomes;
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders across departments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in crypto exchanges, fintech, or fast-growing tech companies;
• Familiarity with user behavior data, growth metrics, and financial KPIs;
• Knowledge of web or mobile analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
