We are looking for a passionate People Strategy & Data Analyst to join our HR Team in Faenza, Italy.

As a People Strategy & Data Analyst, you will play a key role in personnel cost analysis and reporting, working closely with the Head of People Strategy & Operations to oversee business plan processes, personnel cost management, headcount, and budget control.

You will be responsible for implementing the new HR management system and will collaborate with the People Learning & Development Partner on projects developed in synergy with Red Bull HQ.

Additionally, as a People Strategy & Data Analyst, you will support the Head of People Strategy & Operations in aligning HR functions with overall business objectives and in driving cross-functional initiatives designed to strengthen and enable different areas of the business.

HR SYSTEMS AND PROCESS OPTIMIZATION

Lead the implementation of the new HR management system, managing the transition from the current platform and acting as the main point of reference within HR and across other departments involved.

Develop and implement analyses, reporting, and analytics, while optimizing and engineering procedures and processes.

WORKFORCE AND COST MANAGEMENT

Analyze and manage personnel costs, headcount, budgeting processes, and compensation plans.

Collaborate with the Head of People Strategy & Operations to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.

LEARNING DEVELOPMENT AND CROSS FUNCTIONAL PROJECTS

Support the People Learning & Development Partner in managing and implementing projects in synergy with Red Bull HQ.

Contribute to internal development initiatives across the Team, fostering growth and capability building.

Qualifications

Experience

  • University degree in Management Engineering or related field;
  • Fluency in both Italian and English;
  • Project management skills (GANTT charts, scheduling, and coordination) and strong proficiency in Excel and Power Point (or similar);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, creative and with strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
