We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to take chargeof designing and implementing complex data flows across operationalsystems, analytics, and BI systems. As the lead, you will plan anddrive the development of data solutions, ensuring a perfect balancebetween functional and non-functional requirements. This role alsoinvolves monitoring compliance with data standards, includingsecurity and governance policies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead thedesign and implementation of complex data flows to integrateoperational systems with analytics and BI systems. - Plan andoversee the development of data engineering solutions, ensuring abalance of functional and non-functional requirements. - Monitorand ensure the application of data standards, includingarchitecture, security, and compliance requirements. - Contributeto organizational policies, standards, and guidelines related todata engineering, ensuring that solutions meet both business andregulatory requirements. - Lead cross-functional teams to deliverhigh-quality data solutions. Required Qualifications: - Must holdSC clearance. - Proven experience leading the development ofcomplex data engineering solutions. - Expertise in ensuringcompliance with data standards, security, and governance policies.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan, monitor, anddrive data engineering projects. - Excellent communication skillsand a proactive approach to problem-solving. Location & WorkEnvironment: - This role is based in London, with the flexibilityof working 2 to 3 days in the office. Contract Terms: - Initialcontract duration is 6 months, with a possibility of extensiondepending on project needs.
