As an Associate Director, Global Product Marketing, youwill… 1. Champion customer needs and insights into winning productsand marketing that will delight and engage current and futurecustomers. 2. Continuously improve the value of membership bypartnering with Product and Content on new products, features, andbenefits. 3. Craft product stories to existing and prospectivecustomers in an increasingly exciting category by creating clearand consistent propositions articulated through effectivemessaging. 4. Drive and orchestrate go-to-market strategies andoversee implementation for high-impact product and featurelaunches, collaborating closely with Product Managers and Channel& Surface Marketers. 5. Work in lockstep with our research teamto uncover key customer insights and validate hypotheses; championcustomer needs throughout the organization. 6. Communicate businessplans and marketing strategy to senior leadership. 7. Partner withsurface and channel Marketing teams to deploy GTM plans, and guidecohesive messaging strategy across outbound and inbound marketingchannels. 8. Partner with Communications team to craft our externalstory and press approach around product evolution analyzingin-market feature performance post-launch and recommendingenhancements on the path to product-market fit. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 1. 6+ years of experience inproduct marketing and business strategy, with experience indefining and driving new customer-centric products and featurestoward market launch rollout. 2.
