Working in supportive, welcoming teams, you’ll develop the skills, knowledge and experience you need to thrive as part of our technology workforce. The two-year programme consists of a combination of on-the-job and formal training. 

Whichever specialism you choose, you’ll have plenty of responsibility as you collaborate with welcoming colleagues on unique, real-world projects that help protect the UK. You could be developing core applications, creating innovative solutions, meeting business needs and so much more – one thing is guaranteed: you’ll work as part of a friendly, collaborative team contributing to our mission.

As part of the programme, you’ll need to select a specialism from the following:

Greater Manchester

The programme begins in Autumn 2025. So, if you have (or are expecting) a 2:2 or above in your STEM degree by September 2025, you can now register your interest. You’ll also need to live in, or be able to commute to, central London or Manchester. 

You’ll receive a competitive salary of £35,382 - £37,446, as well as other benefits including 25 days’ annual leave and investment into your own training and development, and access to our on-site facilities including a gym, restaurant and coffee bars. Plus, you’ll be given all the support you need to build a fulfilling career with us.

The application window for the Technology Graduate Development Programme will open on 2nd September 2024.

There’ll be a virtual event where you can find out more about the role, and we’re also offering a skills event which provides general tips about completing a job application and preparing for interview. A registration of interest does not constitute a job application, nor will such registration have any bearing upon the recruitment process itself.
