We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to play a pivotal role in managing recruitment for some of our most high-profile clients. This is a strategic position that blends talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and operational leadership to ensure we continue delivering top-tier talent. You’ll be responsible for overseeing hiring efforts, optimising processes, and building long-term relationships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Leadership:

  1. Lead the full recruitment cycle for major accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of skilled professionals.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights and recommendations to enhance hiring outcomes.
  3. Analyse market trends and recruitment data to refine and improve hiring strategies.
  4. Build and maintain strong talent networks across key nearshore regions.
  5. Oversee key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-efficiency, and quality of hire, ensuring continuous optimisation.
  6. Plan and forecast future hiring needs to align with business and client demands.

Client & Account Management:

  1. Serve as the primary recruitment lead for major accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  2. Manage recruitment needs efficiently, ensuring the right talent is placed while meeting SLAs.
  3. Work closely with Account Managers to develop a proactive hiring pipeline.
  4. Collaborate with Community Managers to support onboarding and retention strategies.
  5. Take a problem-solving approach, proactively addressing challenges to maintain smooth operations.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:

  1. Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring compliance with client and internal standards.
  2. Manage contract extensions and ensure seamless execution via the Remobi Dashboard.
  3. Ensure all talent deployments meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
  4. Use data-driven insights to enhance recruitment workflows and candidate experience.

What You’ll Need:

Experience:

  1. 5+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years managing large-scale recruitment projects or key accounts.
  2. A proven track record of delivering in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
  3. Experience hiring for roles in software engineering, big data, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
  4. Familiarity with nearshore talent markets across regions such as Spain, Portugal, Romania, and Poland.

  1. Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
  2. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  3. Highly organised with a strategic and problem-solving mindset.
