As a Technical DeliveryManager focused on Security Project Management within our clientsuccess team, youll play a critical role in supporting andimplementing our managed security services offerings. If yourepassionate about cyber security, customer success, and theever-changing technology landscape, wed love to have you on board.A look into the role As a Technical Security Delivery Managerwithin our Cyber Defence Centre, you will: 1. Act as a primarytechnical liaison between the client and delivery teams. 2. Onboardnew customers, ensuring they fully utilise the capabilities of ourmanaged security services. 3. Translate complex technical issuesinto understandable business language for C-suite executives. 4.Participate in technical meetings to share best practices and newtechnologies. 5. Understand client needs around compliance andalign them with our existing solutions – including creating andmaintaining a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) knowledge base.6. Participate in workshopping calls, capture the requirements,track and create project plans and ensure all agreed activities aredelivered through to completion. 7. Understand and documentaudit-based requirements and solve questions and answers customersmay have, ensuring any documentation to support the customer ispresent and delivered. 8. Work with various stakeholders to ensureprojects are managed from inception to delivery. 9. Create anddeliver onboarding and technical project plans, create efficiencieswhere possible and work with delivery teams to ensure theirrequirements are captured and the end customers are managed,reducing impact on delivery resources. 10. Ensure customers areinformed of the project plan and communicated with reiteratively toensure delivery teams are as productive as possible. 11. The maineffort of the role is to manage customer onboarding, manageworkshop projects and support clients through regulatoryrequirement statements (GRC). Including the creation ofdocumentation, processes and project management of the entirelifecycle, with the collaboration and support of the wider customersuccess team. 12. Manage multiple security projects simultaneously,ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. 13. Ensurethe delivery teams are protected, and that customers are managedeffectively. You will be expected to reduce the total number ofrequirements imposed upon technical resources by managing externalcustomers and their expectations. Knowing you’re right for us.Joining us as a Technical Security Delivery Manager, the minimumcriteria you’ll need is experience of working cyber securityimplementations and project management. It would be great if youhad some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tickevery box, we’ll help you develop along the way. 1. Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability topresent technical information in a clear and understandable mannerto non-technical audiences. 3. Strong customer service skills and acollaborative attitude to work with multiple teams of varyingskills and abilities. 4. Detail-oriented, flexible, ability toadjust, solve problems and work to varied levels of customerengagement. 5. Lead and manage delivery team/s to successfullywithin scope, on time, on budget and to expected standards. 6.Proficiency in project management and collaboration software andtool such as Jira/Confluence or similar. 7. Ability to apply andadjust project management principles to the role, whilst having notroubles adjusting to suit the developing roles requirements. 8.The drive to ensure that both our staff and customers are welllooked after and supported and seeks the best possible outcomes. 9.You have a love for complex solutions and a spread of topics acrossthe security space. 10. Understanding of Governance, Risk &Compliance (GRC) and understanding of security principles andframeworks (e.g ISO27001, NIST etc). 11. Commercial awareness forthe planning, and delivery of projects. 12. Relevant certificationssuch as CISSP, CISM or CCSP are desirable. Knowing we’re right foryou.
