AWS Enterprise Support,Technical Account Managers (TAM) support our customers’ creativeand transformative spirit of innovation across all technologies -including Compute, Storage, Database, Big Data, Application-levelServices, Networking, Serverless, Deployment, Security and more.This is not a sales role, but rather an opportunity to be theprincipal technical advisor and ‘voice of the customer’ toorganizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises.Key job responsibilities As a TAM working with Public Sectorcustomers, you will help craft and execute strategies to drive ourcustomers’ adoption and use of AWS services - including EC2, S3,DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and manymore. Your technical acumen and customer-facing skills will enableyou to effectively represent AWS within a customer’s environment,and drive discussions with senior leadership regarding incidents,trade-offs, support, and risk management. You will provide advocacyand strategic technical guidance to help plan and build solutionsusing best practices, and proactively keep your customers’ AWSenvironments operationally healthy. The close relationshipsdeveloped with your customers will allow you to understand theirbusiness/operational needs and technical challenges, and help themachieve the greatest value from AWS. BASICQUALIFICATIONS Experience with operational parameters andtroubleshooting for three (3) of the following:compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data andanalytics/security/applications development in a distributedsystems environment. 3+ years experience in InformationalTechnology operations Internal enterprise or externalcustomer-facing experience. Fluency in English & Finnish.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with AWS services or othercloud offerings.
