Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead for Marketing Technology to join our team in the gaming industry. This role demands a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities to guide technical teams towards delivering robust and innovative solutions. As a Tech Lead, you will drive technical excellence, provide hands-on support to overcome challenges, and contribute to the evolution of marketing technology in gaming.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:

a. Lead technical teams to successfully deliver marketing technology projects.

b. Provide hands-on guidance and support to solve complex technical challenges.

2. Technical Strategy and Development:

a. Architect, design, and develop scalable and efficient marketing technology solutions.

b. Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet business and technical requirements.

c. Collaborate with product teams to align technical strategy with product roadmaps.

3. Project Execution:

a. Lead the technical implementation of projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to requirements.

b. Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.


Required Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

2. Deep technical knowledge of UA algorithms and audience targeting.

3. Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.

4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, data scientists, and engineers.

6. Passion for the gaming industry and understanding of marketing technology.


Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in the gaming industry or a strong interest in its technologies and challenges.

2. Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in marketing or gaming.

3. B2B experience working with enterprise clients and delivering technical solutions.

4. A track record of driving innovation and out-of-the-box thinking within technical teams.
