Team Co-Ordinator & Creative Assistant – BTP Services – EMEA Organization

 

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

And we deliver our solutions quickly by employing an agile development approach. EMEA Business Data Cloud (BDC) Services is a regional team under the EMEA Services organization. It is chartered to run Services Business of BDC – specifically around Data & Analytics portfolio to build a solid foundation for Business AI.

 

The team is helping customers innovate on Business Data Cloud and accelerate their Cloud journey. The SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) is the data & analytics platform on BTP for the Intelligent Enterprise, helping customers to achieve agility, business value, and continual innovation through integration, data to value, and extensibility of all SAP and third-party applications and data assets. SAP offers an opportunity to highly motivated individuals to support the BDC Services Team and work closely with customers in the areas of Business Technology Platform, Analytics, Data Management, Governance, architecture etc. to deliver a solid data strategy for SAP customers. We value your interest and experience in problem-solving, as you will focus on modernization needs of our customers and delivering business insights using BDC. You will support as a trusted advisor and solution expert for the SAP BDC solution portfolio in this customer facing role. You will interact with customers’ senior executives, technical and LOB leaders whereby you will articulate the business value of the BDC. SAP offers an opportunity to highly motivated individuals to support the BDC Services Team in the areas of Team Co-Ordination, Administration, Designing Presentation & Research on Data & Analytics Topics.

 

This position requires the individual to be very well versed with data and analytics and a very good working knowledge on MS Office [particularly PowerPoint], MS Teams and related tools. SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPECTATIONS Responsibilities & Tasks

• Working with Architects of different pillars of SAP Data & Analytics portfolio and understanding discussed solutions. Preparing the relevant meeting notes and architectural slides

• Creative ability to come up with the right pictorial design of proposed solutions on MS PowerPoint • Independent research to interpret, understand, and visualize content in the most effective manner and transmit the message with clarity,

• Quick understanding of SAP processes, roles and tasks of Demand Generation areas within the SAP Services Sales Organization. Co-ordination and keeping track of tasks and action items,

• Maintaining, creating, & following up on a list of various Services Sales Leads and Opportunities

• Organizing calendars and co-ordinating team meetings/events related to the Services Leads/Opportunities. Maintaining regular communication and keeping track with the stakeholders. Skills Required

• Must have skills on MS Teams and MS Office Tools. Extensive knowledge of all PowerPoint features,

• Must have creative skills and the ability to visualize a complex concept using tools for designing purposes,

• Must have knowledge of Web Technologies, and very well versed with IT

• Must have problem-solving skills with the ability to comprehend technical solution and draw them in pictures,

• Must have co-ordination skills with excellent time management and ability to work in multicultural teams,

• Knack for innovation – good understanding of latest technologies e.g. AI

• Ability to independently research about new innovation areas involving edge technologies

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English and a very good team player.

 

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE - Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree and strong interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrable work on MS PowerPoint

- Fluency in English is a mus

t - Experience and/or education background in Business Development / Sales Support / Demand Generation Support roles is a plus
