Job Title:Systems Administrator

Location: West Bromwich (office based)

Salary: £24,670.54 per annum

Job Type:Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37.5 hours week

Job Purpose:

The Systems Administrator manages and supports the organisation's internal systems, including Shopwork, Care Beans, Camascope QCS, and flexi-bee. This role ensures optimal system performance, security, and uptime while supporting employees with basic admin, minor technical issues, and system-related tasks. To also support the training department with training admin in inviting staff to mandatory training courses at Head Office, allocating online training and monitoring training compliance in line with both company and regulator standards.

Key Responsibilities:

System Maintenance & Administration
Maintain and update internal software platforms (e.g., Shopwork, Camascope, Care Beans, Flexibee, and QCS).
Monitor system health and troubleshoot performance issues, or escalate to the systems and monitoring manager when required.
User Support & Access Management
Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles across systems (e.g. onboarding/offboarding staff).
Serve as a first point of contact for internal tech support requests.
Document and resolve technical issues efficiently or pass to the systems Manager to fix or support.
Work directly with the training department in allocating online and face-to-face training on internal systems and be a point of call for employee training queries, rotas, and working towards a 98% training compliance target.Security & Compliance:

Enforce IT security protocols and monitor systems for unauthorised access or vulnerabilities.
Support compliance with data protection policies (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA if applicable).
Coordinate periodic access reviews and audits
Develop documentation for systems processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Work closely and be responsive with HR, Operations, and Training department leads to align systems functionality with team needs.
Keeping the inbox responsive and flagging to your line manager complex interventional tasks.About you:
