Role Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven, strategic, and hands-onOrganic Growth Creatorto drive user downloads through organic channels. Your mission will be to understand our ideal customer profile (ICP), create content that resonates, and optimize strategies to convert engagement into downloads.Success in this role means consistently growing our user base through organic efforts.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive Downloads: Develop and execute organic growth strategies that directly increase user downloads.
  • Create Engaging Content: Produce high-impact short-form videos, posts, and stories for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
  • Leverage Trends: Identify and capitalize on trends to maximize reach while aligning with Zera’s mission and ICP.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Use analytics tools to track performance, measure download conversion rates, and refine strategies based on data insights.
  • Deep ICP Understanding: Research and understand our target audience’s needs, behaviors, and challenges to create content that truly resonates.
  • Test and Iterate: Run growth experiments, analyze results, and continuously improve content and distribution tactics.
  • SEO and Organic Search: Implement SEO strategies and optimize content for organic search to drive sustained growth and downloads.
  • Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential users, spark conversations, and convert engagement into app downloads.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven Track Record: Experience driving organic growth and increasing downloads for apps, platforms, or digital products.
  • Startup Experience: Deep experience working with startups in the 0-1 phase, especially in the B2C space, with a focus on driving downloads.
  • Content Creation Skills: Proficient in creating and editing short-form videos and static creatives (using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track and interpret data to optimize content and strategies for growth.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other organic growth channels.
  • SEO Expertise: Familiarity with SEO and organic search strategies to improve content discoverability and drive downloads.
  • Growth Mindset: A passion for experimentation, learning, and iterating quickly based on results.
  • Strong Storytelling: Ability to craft relatable, human-centered stories that drive downloads.
