Reperio have partnered with a well-known tech company who are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join their team in the role of Staff Data Engineer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of their data infrastructure and engineering practices. This will involve developing and maintaining efficient data models and ETL pipelines, supporting analytics and machine learning needs. You'll work alongside cross-functional teams, influence architectural decisions, and drive data strategy. This position requires both hands-on technical skills and a strategic mindset to solve complex data problems and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

6+ years in data engineering or related roles, with a strong background in data architecture, ETL, and big data solutions.
Expertise in SQL, Python, and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Nice to Have:

Experience with real-time data streaming solutions (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis).
Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect.Benefits:
