We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to be the EU subject matter expert, responsible for learning and development (L&D). The Head of EU Delivery Service Partner Learning will play a vital role in advancing Amazon’s unique culture and enabling the success of our new Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) within Amazon's last mile logistics operation. The role is designed to facilitate training for our new and existing partners - you will provide customer obsession in the onboarding experience by providing the knowledge our partners need to be successful. This role interacts with partners sourced from different backgrounds and levels, so strong communication skills plus the ability to influence and convey complex issues into simple learning solutions is essential. You will be the face of the learning journey and work in partnership with in country teams and your team of learning managers and specialists to evolve learning material for business needs that make our new entrepreneurs successful. This is a key role in the new DSP program with lots of visibility. In addition, there will be plenty of opportunity to innovate via new L&D projects for our existing DSPs. This role will require frequent travel, up to 50% in peak periods.

Location of the role is flexible across EU.

Key job responsibilities
- Support the development of learning strategies for the DSP 2.0 model and oversee delivery against it.
- Oversee and contribute to the development of programs using skillful application of adult learning theory. Draw upon a wide variety of techniques to ensure engagement, knowledge transfer, skill development and efficient, fun learning.
- Managing the technical framework for the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Overseeing backend configuration, integrations, innovations, updates, and roadmap.
- Practical program management and administration experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, and managing change.
- Participate in project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among SMEs, team members and stakeholders to scale learning and performance solutions.
- Supporting our business development team by presenting our overall DSP program in front of groups, large and small, including a strong ability to answer complex questions on the fly.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- A Degree.
- Relevant experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technologies.
- Relevant experience with Docebo or Articulate LMS and tech automations knowledge of API/LMS integrations.
- Salesforce would be an advantage.
- Relevant experience in developing and delivering against an L&D strategy for external audiences.
- Relevant experience in digital learning content creation and e-learning authoring tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Prior L&D, logistics or human resources experience.
- Master Degree in education, psychology, adult learning or any related fields.
- Ability to create and report using Tin Can in learning experiences. Experience in managing big data.
- Experience in leading large group sessions including virtual training.
- Relevant experience in owning and developing standards for curriculum development and content.
- Experience consulting with business partners to identify needs and develop innovative solutions.
