Job Description

As a Solution Engineer, you will be an essential member of our product solutions team and will have the opportunity to be involved in implementing projects using Viso Suite at various stages of the deal cycle. You will assist by providing technical guidance, addressing queries, and building computer vision projects. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage technical documentation, and take a role in creating training materials, including user guides, tutorials, and technical workshops. These materials will empower clients and partners to effectively utilize our solutions and ensure their long-term success. In this client-facing role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for external support requests, ensuring timely resolutions, exceptional customer service, and a seamless experience throughout the client journey.

Location
This role will be remote, based in London (UK).
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
You will develop expertise in using Viso Suite and leverage your knowledge to contribute across various areas, including:
  • Support potential clients by creating custom demos and POCs tailored to their specific needs and use cases, showcasing the capabilities and value of our solutions.
  • Provide best in class support for clients, addressing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for client use, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Develop training programs for clients and partners, ensuring they can maximize the value of our platform.
  • Conduct training sessions to empower clients with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully adopt and integrate our solutions.
  • Gather feedback from training participants to continually refine and improve training programs, ensuring they remain engaging, effective, and relevant.
  • Work closely with our Product team, to escalate complex issues, provide feedback and ensure cohesive service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for support processes and recommend improvements based on client feedback and observed trends.
Qualifications

Required Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or other technical field
  • 1-2 years experience in a client-facing support role
  • Basic JavaScript, and integrations (REST API, MQTT)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Early startup experience
Desired
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems
  • Basic networking knowledge
  • Basic knowledge about IP cameras
  • Experience with creating technical documentation
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Pytorch)
  • Experience in Python
