A Day in the Life

As a Senior/Lead Product Manager, you will own the development of cutting-edge genomic data and analytics solutions for the research and life sciences industry.

In this role, you will define the strategy and oversee the execution of products that empower researchers in precision medicine, drug target discovery, and clinical trials. You will lead the design, development, launch, and continuous evolution of innovative bioinformatics and precision health software.

Owning the product roadmap, you’ll ensure alignment with business goals and market needs. Collaborating closely with researchers, customers, and internal teams—including engineering, data science, and commercial—you’ll transform insights into impactful product decisions. By leveraging data and user feedback, you’ll refine product requirements, prioritise features, and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you’ll work with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure our products meet industry standards.


Who You Are

  • Proven product management experience in life sciences, healthcare, or biotech.
  • Strong knowledge of big data, analytics, and SaaS platforms in life sciences.
  • Experience collaborating with researchers, pharma, or healthcare providers (preferred).
  • Ability to translate complex scientific and technical concepts into clear product strategies.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional, and regulated environments (desirable).
