We’re looking for a talentedSenior Systems Engineerto join our innovative team, contributing to the design and delivery of cutting-edge systems across a mix of commercial and military platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with customers to understand complex needs and manage requirements at multiple levels.
• Developing advanced system architectures and sub-systems usingModel Based Systems Engineeringapproaches.
• Leading integration, analysis, and testing of real-time systems combining electronic, mechanical, optical, and software sub-systems.
• Taking accountability for collaborative work packages and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Coaching and mentoring engineers to develop their expertise.
• Steering new system developments throughLearn First,Agile, and best-practice lifecycle processes.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Essential:

• Proven experience developing systems in domains such as control systems, real-time displays, or other safety-related systems that combine multiple technical disciplines (electronics, mechanics, optics, software).
• Proficiency in tools like DOORS, Siemens Polarion, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB, and Simulink, alongside expertise in SysML methodologies.
• A degree (or equivalent) in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related subject.

Desirable:

• Experience in integration, testing, and verification of real-time or safety-related systems with a solid understanding of safety assessment processes.
• Customer and supplier liaison experience, ensuring technical needs are met.
• Awareness ofinformation assurance,cybersecurity, and environmental impacts in engineering products.
