• Senior Strategy Data Analyst

I've partnered with a PE-backed client of ours who are growing massively. The c. 1000 employee business are looking to hire a Senior Strategy Data Analyst who can use their technical expertise and background to tell stories through Data Analytics to the rest of the business. This person will own particular projects and work with the wider business using Data Analytics to drive commercial decision making and promote business change.

You will:

• Contribute to both strategic and tactical projects and business initiatives.
• Take ownership of projects, providing insights to help the business understand the drivers of commercial performance.
• Shape strategies and tactics for pricing, product development, design, and value creation.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business while advocating for customers' experiences and needs.
• Design and evaluate tests or campaigns using test-control methodologies.
• Enhance and maintain Power BI reports, ensuring data quality supports accurate analysis.
• Promote a culture of data-driven insights across the organization to enable more informed decision-making.

You will need:

• Proven experience in analyzing customer, product, commercial, and pricing data.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of leveraging insights to drive business value.
• Expertise in the Windows ecosystem, including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, MS SQL, MS Fabric, and preferably R or Python.
• Skilled in managing large, complex, and imperfect datasets, with the ability to effectively analyse, present, and visualize data.
• Demonstrated ability to convert data into actionable insights that enhance business performance.
