£80,000-£90,000This AI Health-tech start-up are looking for a Senior Research Scientist to join their R&D team specialising in family planning in LMIC.THE COMPANYData & AI are at the core of this company and they're looking to continue growing their R&D team. This global start-up work with clients in the pharmaceutical industry to help solve their business problems by using behavioural data. The project you'll be working on in the immediate future will focus on using data from various sources to understand users when it comes to family planning, specifically in lower-income countries.THE ROLEAs a Senior Research Scientist for the business, you will:Work solely with user behaviour data to understand the drivers for using or not using contraception when it comes to family planningAnalyse the data and build classical machine learning modelsWork with Data Engineers to put the ML models into productionSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEPhD in a relevant subjectSeveral years commercial experience as a Research / Data Scientist working with Behavioural data ideally within family planning or contraceptivesExperience working with data specifically from middle or lower-income countriesExperience building ML models in Python or RExperience in the healthcare/ pharma space industrySALARY AND BENEFITS£80,000-£90,000 depending on experienceBonus based on individual and company performanceBenefits such as pension, healthcare, unlimited holidaysFlexible working - They have an office based in London where you will need to come in for necessary meetings.Can't sponsor visasINTERVIEW PROCESS3 stage interview process speaking with various stakeholders from the R&D team including a case study / technical assessmentHOW TO APPLYPlease register your interest for this role by sending your CV to Rosie O'Callaghan via the apply link on this page
