We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing product team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of our product strategy, delivering impactful products that empower our clients to use data to protect biodiversity. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, lead product innovation, and ensure alignment with our mission of making biodiversity measurable at scale.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, and ensuring that we create solutions that are innovative, user-centric, and impactful for our clients.

Your Responsibilties:

  • Product Strategy & Vision:Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands. Collaborate with leadership to establish a long-term vision for products that meet customer needs and deliver measurable value.
  • Product Development:Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver products. Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through to launch, ensuring that all products meet high-quality standards and timelines.
  • Customer Focus:Use customer insights, market research, and data analysis to shape product decisions. Ensure products address real customer pain points and contribute to the protection and measurement of biodiversity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to build products that are both technically robust and user-friendly. Foster collaboration across teams to drive successful product delivery.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor products to ensure that our offerings are competitive and differentiated.
  • Prioritisation:Make data-driven decisions to prioritise product features and initiatives that will deliver the greatest value to both the business and customers. Focus on maximising ROI for our clients.
  • Stakeholder Management:Engage with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and senior leadership, to ensure product strategies are aligned with business objectives. Present product plans, roadmaps, and performance updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team. Look for opportunities to optimise products and refine the product development process.

About you

  • Experience:significant experience in product management, ideally with a background in environmental tech, data products, or AI-driven solutions. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Technical Expertise:Solid understanding of technical concepts, ideally with experience working on data-driven products, machine learning applications, or AI solutions. Ability to work closely with technical teams and translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Customer-Centric:A deep understanding of user needs and a passion for delivering solutions that meet those needs while advancing the mission of protecting biodiversity.
  • Analytical Mindset:Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in using analytics and customer feedback to inform product strategy.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
