Our client, a leading organisation in the insurance industry, is undergoing an IT transformation and is seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst to support this critical project.

This is a hybrid role based in Central London, requiring on-site presence three days a week, with a salary of £80,(Apply online only) - £85,(Apply online only).

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse business challenges, engage with stakeholders, and understand core insurance platforms and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the Data Operations service for insurance products.
Troubleshoot data queries and issues, providing resolutions or guidance to business users.
Serve as the “Go-To” team member for analysis, supporting and coordinating with offshore capacity.
Mentor team members while continuously enhancing your own technical skills.
Provide guidance and upskill junior team members.
Required Experience:

A minimum of 3 years' experience working across various business areas within the insurance industry.
Strong proficiency in working with complex data sets and data extraction from databases, cloud platforms, and unstructured files.
Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders across all levels, from operational teams to executive leadership.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI reporting, and Excel modelling.
Desirable Skills:

Experience with business decision engines.
Familiarity with semantic layer tools.
Knowledge of best practices for Azure DevOps.
