What You'll Be Doing


Advanced Research & Innovation

  • Drive breakthrough research in LLM architectures, transformer optimisation, and novel training methodologies
  • Explore parameter-efficient techniques, quantisation strategies, and innovative pretraining approaches
  • Pioneer developments in multi-modal AI systems and next-generation language understanding


Technical Leadership & Implementation

  • Build and optimise large-scale training infrastructures for foundation model development
  • Design robust data engineering solutions for complex multi-modal datasets
  • Lead end-to-end model deployment from research prototype to production-ready systems
  • Implement distributed training frameworks and inference optimisation pipelines


Collaboration & Mentorship

  • Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to translate research breakthroughs into practical applications
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Contribute to research culture through knowledge sharing and best practice development


Essential Requirements

Professional Experience

  • Hands-on experience in NLP, deep learning, and transformer-based architectures
  • Demonstrated involvement in LLM projects including training, fine-tuning, or production deployment
  • Strong track record in scalable AI system development


Technical Expertise

  • Expert-level Python programming with deep knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
  • Proven experience with distributed computing environments and modern MLOps workflows
  • Practical knowledge of LLM toolkits (Hugging Face ecosystem, training frameworks)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities for complex model performance and infrastructure challenges
