What will you be doing?


  • Developing metocean design basis for offshore wind farms, ensuring high-quality project execution.
  • Leading and managing offshore and nearshore metocean condition projects from inception to delivery.
  • Conducting advanced statistical analyses, including extreme value analysis and joint probability assessments.
  • Driving innovation through the development of new technologies, methods, and tools for metocean studies.
  • Managing projects, mentoring staff globally, and contributing to R&D programs to push the industry forward.


Are you the ideal candidate?


  • MSc or PhD in Marine/Coastal/Offshore Engineering, Meteorology, Oceanography, or a related field.
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in technical metocean projects.
  • Strong knowledge of metocean processes, modelling techniques, and measurements.
  • Proficiency in numerical modelling tools for waves and hydrodynamics
  • Advanced programming skills in MATLAB and/or Python, with experience in statistical analysis.
