Job Description

At EES we love to automate systems. When things get in the way of productivity, the team steps in to remove the hurdles. The EESs Integration Services team is responsible to identify time-consuming manual processes and build automated solutions that are reliable and scalable. You listen to EES employees and clients to transform their needs into high-level technical specifications, and design and develop the recommended solution. Whether it be a client solution or internal process improvement, you will help the end-users to work smarter, faster, and efficiently.

As a senior integration engineer, you will be working extensively across several teams within EES and our clients that use EESs suite of Risk Modeling and Analytics products. Following are the responsibilities for this job position.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to comprehensively understand clients workflow and business processes required to integrate with EESs product suite.
  • Provide technical and design support to customers ensuring they can integrate with EESs product APIs.
  • Work extensively with the product team to develop the road map of existing and next generation APIs. Provide design and implementation feedback to the software development group regarding client-facing APIs.
  • Present EES integration solutions to technical and non-technical audiences through webinars, meetings, and conferences.
  • Design, develop and maintain automation solutions to streamline the clients processes, eliminate manual steps and to improve the overall productivity.
  • Develop robust, innovative, and user-friendly web applications, including consumer-facing web experiences.

Qualifications

  • At least 4+ years of experience working with APIs and helping them integrate in customer workflows.
  • At least 4+ years of experience working in customer support roles.
  • Proficient in database concepts and experience working with relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.
  • Experience with Microsoft .NET technology and Windows server operating system.
  • AWS certifications are a plus, however not required.
