Senior Full-Stack Founding Engineer - West London (Hybrid) - Circa £80K + Shares/Equity

A pioneeringmobility startupis looking for aSenior Full-Stack Engineerto help shape the software side of theirautomation product.

Youll work directly with theCo-Founders, who have spent 25 years building vehicles. With investment secured and customers signed, they are now scaling up. This is your opportunity to be part of aradical software development platformthat will redefine how vehicles are built.

As aSenior Full-Stack Engineer, youll play acritical role, including:

  1. Architecting and developinga full-stack solution from scratch.
  2. Integratingwith industry-leading toolchains and cloud-based clusters.
  3. Optimizingforscalability, security, and performance.

The versatile Full-Stack Engineerwill thrive in a high-performance, informal culture wheredelivery is everything. Youll need:

  1. Broad full-stack development experienceacross multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Golang, Java, JavaScript, Node.js, C#).
  2. Cloud expertise(AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience withmachine learning frameworks.
  3. Database design skills(SQL, NoSQL) and familiarity withDevOps & CI/CD pipelines.
  4. Ageneralist mindset, capable of tackling complex challenges and engineering solutions.
  5. Resilience, brutal honesty, and a results-driven approach.
