The Role As a SeniorElectrical Design Engineer, youll be a key part of the SystemsEngineering team, contributing to the design, modeling, andimplementation of electrical and power systems for fuel cell andelectrolysis systems. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical design for fuel celland electrolyser stack modules, including AC and DC distributionnetworks. Develop high-quality electrical architecture drawings,schematics, and design documentation. Perform power systemanalysis, modeling, and design for grid-connected systems. Overseethe work of contractors, ensuring compliance with national andinternational standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC). Provide technicalexpertise for project risk assessment and mitigation. Troubleshoot,commission, and support the installation of electrical systemsonsite. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliverfirst-of-a-kind prototype solutions. About You Youre a proactiveand practical electrical engineer with both strong theoreticalknowledge and hands-on experience. You thrive in innovative,R&D-driven environments and have a track record of deliveringsolutions in complex projects. Essential Skills & Experience: Adegree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Expertisein designing grid-connected power generation and demand projects,including MW-scale systems. Hands-on experience with electricalsystem design, including cable sizing, protection devices, andgrounding. Knowledge of grid connection processes, policies, andstandards across regions. Proficiency in power system modelingtools (e.g., ETAP, MATLAB, EPLAN). Strong organisational,communication, and report-writing skills.
