The Opportunity


We’re looking for a seasoned and experienced technologist to join our senior technology leadership team as a Senior Director, reporting directly to the CTO. This role is critical in helping us scale our organisation and achieve our ambitious growth plans.


As a Senior Director, you’ll combine technical excellence with strong leadership and team-building capabilities. You will play a key role in defining and driving our technology vision, scaling high-performing teams, and partnering with our customers to deliver transformative results.


Responsibilities Include


  • Providing strategic leadership and expertise in the data and engineering space, ensuring Mesh-AI remains a leader in delivering innovative and impactful solutions.
  • Building and scaling high-performing teams in a consultancy setting, with a focus on fostering technical excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Driving initiatives to scale the organisation, aligning people, processes, and technology with our growth objectives.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing technologists and engineers at all levels, inspiring trust and creating an environment where individuals and teams thrive.
  • Partnering with customers to understand their challenges and deliver transformative, data-driven outcomes that exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborating with the wider leadership team to align technology, delivery, and commercial strategies for long-term success.


Requirements


  • Ability to work in complex highly regulated environments and lead change
  • Proven expertise in the data and/or engineering space, with a solid technical foundation developed at industry leading organisations
  • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling teams in a consultancy setting, with a track record of developing high-performing, collaborative teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, align, and motivate individuals and teams towards common goals.
  • A successful track record in scaling organisations, particularly within fast-growing, customer-focused environments.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex, modern engagements and outcomes for customers.
  • Significant experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to build trust, understand challenges, and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with a proactive, hands-on leadership style.
  • Strong communication skills with executive level stakeholders, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
