Our utility sector client is looking for aSenior Director of Analytics to lead data-driven initiatives for utility clients undergoing digital transformation.
A permanent role (preferred) or a multi-year contract.
Fully remote across Canada.
Ability to travel to client sites throughout Canada and the U.S. (expenses covered by the client).
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams in delivering data analytics solutions tailored to client needs. Define and implement data strategies based on client requirements and data maturity levels. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the organization’s data infrastructure. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the impact of data initiatives. Stay updated with best practices in data management, analytics, and big data to enhance team capabilities. Collaborate with senior management to grow the data analytics practice within the organization. Manage and mentor product managers, data engineers, and BI developers.Must Haves:
5-10 years of experience in similar role Proficient inproduct lifecycle managementandagilemethodologies.
