Join an exciting car insurance company as part of their Data Science division.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work within the Data Pricing team to develop and refine predictive pricing models that enhance accuracy and competitiveness.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, developers, and data scientists to deploy models effectively.
• Opportunity to work in a scale-up environment backed by a larger parent company while maintaining an agile and innovative culture.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required:

• 2+ years (Data Scientist) / 3-4+ years (Senior Data Scientist) experience ininsurance pricing.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience deploying machine learning-focused pricing models.
• Background in personal insurance, ideally with exposure to telematics-based pricing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Short notice period (1 month or less preferred).
