Role:Senior Data Scientist/AI Engineer
Location:Hybrid (client site, office & home)
Clearance Required:Developed Vetting (DV)
Salary:Up to £100,000

We're seeking a talented AI & Data Science professional with strong experience in machine learning, GenAI, data engineering, and solution design. The ideal candidate will have the technical expertise to architect and scale robust solutions across public and private sector clients.

This role involves working at the intersection of deep tech and real-world impact, guiding clients to leverage their data assets through advanced analytics and AI platforms. Responsibilities include developing proof-of-value projects and deploying production-scale systems, providing an opportunity to make a significant difference.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Leading the design and delivery of impactful AI and analytics solutions.
  2. Collaborating directly with clients to define, develop, and deliver value-driven outcomes.
  3. Guiding and inspiring technical teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  4. Authoring thought leadership and representing the company at key events.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong background in ML, GenAI, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and related fields.
  • Experience across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), with DevOps/ML Ops tools (e.g., Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Expertise with data science platforms like Databricks, SageMaker, or AzureML.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.

Security Requirements

You must be eligible for Developed Vetting (DV) clearance, which requires UK residency for the last 10 years and meeting strict security criteria. Some roles may require sole UK residency.
