AnOverview Of The Role We are seeking a highly skilled SeniorConsultant with at least 5 years of hands-on experience, includingat least 1-2 years in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large LanguageModels (LLM) development and evaluation. The ideal candidate willhave extensive experience in customer behaviour analytics,marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics, and possessdomain knowledge in marketing, customer, digital, and commercialsectors. Additionally, the candidate should have strong projectmanagement and people management skills. What We Look For -Previous experience in data science, with proven experience inGenerative AI and LLM development and evaluation. - Hands-onexperience in customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial,web, or product analytics with core focus in customer experience(if available). - Build and evaluate Generative AI solutions andLarge Language Models (LLMs) for various use cases. - Develop andimplement machine learning models, including predictive,forecasting, classification, and deep learning models. - Experiencein working with various data sets, including transactional/EPOS,digital, social, loyalty etc. - Hands-on experience in usingprogramming languages such as Python. - Knowledge of cloudplatforms and tools for data science and machine learning. -Utilize visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to presentdata insights effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functionalteams to understand business challenges and create valuableproducts/solutions. - Proven project management experience,including planning, execution, and successful delivery of AI/MLPOCs, MVPs and production grade solutions. - People managementskills, including mentoring, guiding, and developing team members.It Would Be a Bonus If You Have - Experience in primary growthsectors; CPR (Consumer Products & Retail), ETU (Energy,Utilities, and Telecommunications), and PS (Public Sector). -Familiarity with Agentic AI development. - Familiarity with ethicalconsiderations and best practices in AI and data science. - Acurious mindset and interest with the latest advancements in AI,machine learning, and data science space.
