We’re looking for a sharp, hands-onSenior Data Engineerto join a high-growth digital business tackling big challenges in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This is your chance to shape the systems that power smart decisions, customer personalisation and serious commercial impact.

The Opportunity

You’ll take the lead on architecting scalable data pipelines, integrating complex APIs, and building reliable, high-throughput systems. Working across batch and real-time streaming environments, you’ll deliver elegant data solutions using tools like Python, Kafka and AWS.

You’ll be more than just a builder – you’ll be a trusted technical voice, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers. Your work will directly influence how the business understands and serves its customers.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in data engineering
• Deep Python and SQL expertise
• Strong command of AWS (Redshift, S3, EC2, Lambda)
• Proven Kafka and streaming experience
• Solid ETL pipeline and API integration skills
• Confident working with data governance and security
• Able to lead, mentor and deliver at pace

Nice to Have

• Background in iGaming, eCommerce or other high-volume digital industries
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
