We are seeking a highly skilledSeniorData Engineer to lead adynamicdata engineering workstream. This role involves providing technical direction, mentorship, and collaborating with stakeholders to transform high-level requirements into actionable solutions. You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using modern cloud and orchestration tools, contributing hands-on to development tasks to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a data engineering workstream, providing technical direction and mentorship.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret high-level, abstract requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure using modern cloud and orchestration tools.
• Contribute hands-on to development tasks, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Work in an agile, iterative environment with evolving requirements.
• Support governance cycles and infrastructure setup as part of foundational work.

Essential Skills

• Provenexperienceas aSenioror Lead Data Engineer in complex, agile environments.
• Strong proficiency in Airflow (or similar orchestration tools), Snowflake, AWS, Python, and SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with incomplete or evolving information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and take initiative.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experienceworking with marketing or analytics teams is a plus.
