️The Role
- The Senior Data Engineer will own data engineering, working with different business functions to understand needs and help the function grow.
- You will take ownership of building, maintaining, and enhancing the company’s data infrastructure.
- You will be working closely with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making by delivering reliable, scalable solutions across their business intelligence and analytics landscape
- You will work with modern tools like BigQuery, DBT, and BI platforms to streamline processes, visualise insights and empower teams to adopt a self-serve analytics mindset.
✅ As a successful candidate, you are experienced with:
- Stakeholder management, with proactive attitude and a team player.
- SQL and data modelling.
- Data warehousing, working with APIs, and understanding ETL processes.
- Using BI platforms such as Looker, Domo, Qlik, Superset, or Power BI.
- eCommerce.
To be their ideal candidate, it would be an extra added value if you are:
- Familiar with DBT
- Experienced with another programming language, such as Python
- Able to promote a self-serve mindset
