Senior Data Director, Architecture, Governance, Data Science, Analytics, AI/ML, Emerging Technologies.
Global NGO are transforming its data-driven infrastructure and wish to hire a senior director to oversee the strategic use of data, AI, enterprise architecture and emerging technologies. Reporting to the CIO and partnering with the Data Governance function and key senior stakeholders, you will guide and deliver the organisation's data and AI transformation strategy. You will lead a direct team responsible for data architecture, governance, analytics, AI implementation and training.
You will have 10+ years experience in data leadership roles within large global environments, and at least 5 years leading data, analytics or AI/ML initiatives, with proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning technologies. Also, proven change management experience.
You will be a strong communicator, an outstanding stakeholder manager and able to build and inspire diverse teams.
You will be educated to Master's/Ph.D. level in Computer Science, Data Science or related field. You will be familiar with Microsoft technology stack and in particular Microsoft Fabric.
With Head Quarters in London and a truly global team, this role can be fully remote, but you should be willing to travel up to 25% of time.
