What You’ll Do:

• Analyse large data sets to uncover performance insights and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Develop metrics and reports to measure performance, track initiatives, and guide action plans.
• Create dashboards, perform ad-hoc analyses, and monitor KPIs to align data strategies with business goals.
• Design and implement initiatives to improve speed, cost, and optimize capabilities within Wayfair's delivery network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out operational and tech enhancements.

What You Will Have:

• A minimum Bachelors degree within analytical bias such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Economics, or be qualified by experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL or GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio/ Looker, Tableau/ or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence senior stakeholders on strategic decisions based on data-driven recommendations. 
• High attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Passion for process optimization and transformation; experience with complex operational, process, and performance improvement projects.
• A continuous improvement mindset, with a proactive approach to taking ownership and driving projects to completion.

SQL Test
