Pearson Carter are currently working with a renowned M&;E company, based in Northern Ireland. They are looking to add a Senior Data Analyst to their IT team. This is a perfect role for someone with leadership experience who is looking to lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts
- Develop and manage advanced Power BI Dashboards
- Collaborate with senior and line managers to understand reporting needs
- Develop and maintain KPIs that align with ISO 9001 standards
Experience
- Five years' experience in Data Analysis, at least two years' in a Sr. position
- Proven experience in developing and managing Power BI reports
- Experience in meeting and communicating with senior management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary

Location
Our client has an office close to Belfast. Please note, this position is on-site, five days a week in their office
