Tech You'll Use:

  • Languages & Tools:SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau, XML, JavaScript
  • Platforms & Frameworks:Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric (nice to have), Hadoop, Spark
  • Reporting & Visualization:Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects
  • Methodologies:Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Designing and building robust analytics solutions with an emphasis on data quality and efficiency
  • Interpreting and visualizing complex datasets to support decision-making
  • Creating data models, databases, and warehousing solutions that serve the insurance/reinsurance space
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights
  • Identifying trends, opportunities, and improvements across multiple data streams
  • Developing dashboards, reports, and advanced visualizations

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in data analytics (ideally in theP&C insurance or reinsurancedomain)
  • Expertise in SQL, Python, and BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong background in data warehousing, data modelling, and statistical analysis
  • Experience with distributed computing (Hadoop, Spark) and data profiling
  • Skilled at explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services (or similar cloud platforms)

Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
  • Experience with CI/CD in data environments
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
