Location: Halifax, Birmingham, Bristol, Chester, Leeds or Manchester


Salary: £39,825 – £44,250


Hours: Full time, Hybrid (40% in office)


About The Role


The Homes Commercial Team supports the UK's largest mortgage portfolio. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will deliver high-quality data, tooling, analytics and execution capabilities that drive commercial performance and strategic objectives.


What you will do



  • Support delivery of data, analytics and insight capabilities that contribute to commercial performance.
  • Assist in implementation and maintenance of data management, controls and governance to minimise risk.
  • Champion change, contribute ideas and identify opportunities to improve data, analytics, tooling and ways of working.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues to understand business needs and deliver aligned outcomes.

What you’ll need



  • Passion for continuous improvement and transformation, experience developing analytical solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python and Power BI; GCP native tools a bonus.
  • Interest in developing future-focused skills, supporting cross-team learning.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, ability to solve problems and contribute to change.
  • Strong communication skills, confident storytelling and influencing outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and Jira desirable.
  • Experience in Mortgages and/or Pricing Analysis helpful.
