  • Design and interpret experiments (A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements.
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to track member performance and key engagement metrics.
  • Partner closely with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to enhance data capabilities and insight delivery.
  • Support the business in becoming more data-led through enablement and storytelling.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in product and customer analytics, ideally within a subscription, marketplace, or consumer tech environment.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience working hands-on in analytical databases.
  • Strong understanding of churn, LTV, retention, and experimentation.
  • Experience with a data visualisation or BI tool (they use Mode, but open to others).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Amplitude, Python, R, or dbt a plus but not essential.
  • Confident communicator able to translate data into stories and influence stakeholders.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

WHY APPLY?

  • Fully remote within the UK – with quarterly team meetups (all expenses paid).
  • Join a mission-driven, high-growth team backed by strong investors.
  • Work alongside experienced data and product professionals in a collaborative, growth-minded culture.
  • Opportunity to directly influence how millions of members experience a truly unique global product.
