We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to take our client relationship management system, 360 Lifecycle, even further ahead of its competitors.
We are actively developing new products and upgrading our existing applications, using some of the latest web and cloud technologies. We predominantly use Microsoft based technologies and have been an early advocate of Microsoft Azure. We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team, where you will have the opportunity to help take our data platform to the next level.
About 360 Lifecycle

360 Lifecycle was launched into the financial market providing an end-to-end practice management system, that supports mortgage and insurance advisers to grow their business.
Whether it is arranging a mortgage or protecting clients against the unknown; we help businesses and clients succeed.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define data requirements for analysis and reporting
Creating, designing and developing data models
Planning and development of all ETL processes and architectures
Validating results and creating business reports and custom queries
Monitoring and tuning data loads and queries
Administer all requirements and design various functional specifications for data
Develop, maintain and monitor data pipelines to automate the collection and integration of data from diverse sources
Implement data normalisation techniques to ensure data consistency and integrity across different datasets
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations in our BI application to deliver insights to stakeholders
Evaluate all codes and ensure the quality of all project deliverables
Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, technical specialists and business stakeholders
Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with data integration tools like Azure Data Factory or SSIS
Developing reports and custom queries using T-SQL
Experience with Azure SQL Database
Experience designing, developing and implementing data warehouse solutions
Solid understanding of data normalisation techniques and database concepts
Ability to proactively research solutions and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Over 5 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, data warehousing and business intelligence
Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus
Previous work experience in the financial services sector
An understanding of the mortgage, general insurance, and wealth processes.
An understanding of point of sale / customer relationship management platform would be highly regarded
