About Euc

We’re making good health last a lifetime

Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.

Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months, we grew our patient base, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200. Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burn by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors.

In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem. We’re building the world’s largest international digital healthcare company, a highly challenging but rewarding adventure of a lifetime.

If that gets you excited, let’s talk!

About The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)
  • Drive strategic insights – Take ownership of key analytical projects, translating complex data into actionable insights that directly inform business-critical decisions across multiple teams and functions.
  • Optimise data architecture – Enhance our data model for the UK and Eucalyptus globally, collaborating with our analytics team in Australia to ensure scalability and consistency that drives decision-making at both local and global levels.
  • Empower data-driven decisions – Elevate our reporting and dashboard capabilities, establishing a single source of truth for critical metrics and enabling teams with self-service tools to independently access and apply data.
  • Monitor performance & influence growth – Track and analyse key initiatives, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities that drive business-wide impact, from acquisition to retention and beyond.
About You (Who You Are)
  • 5+ years of data analyst experience – You’ve created and owned end-to-end data products in consumer organisations.
  • Advanced analytical thinking & tool proficiency – Expert in SQL, Python, and Sheets, with a focus on uncovering drivers of business performance and shaping data-informed strategy.
  • Applied data science for commercial outcomes – Skilled in using statistical techniques, experimentation, and behavioural data to answer complex business questions and guide commercial decision-making.
  • Marketing analytics & martech experience – You’ve worked with CRM, campaign, and attribution data across tools like Segment and Customer.io (or similar). You’ve built models or reporting that help marketing teams understand performance, optimise spend, and improve lifecycle outcomes.
  • Ambiguity & a fast-paced environment excites you – Your curiosity drives you to ask ‘why?’ to get to the next level of understanding; you can work at speed.
  • You see more than the data – You have strong business and commercial acumen, and you get to the ‘so what’ based on the analysis you do. You help shape the right analysis for the decision at hand.
  • Attention to detail – You have a high bar for ‘correct’, and you work through nuances in the data to surface when an insight can be relied on and when it can’t.
  • Exceptional communicator – You distil complex analyses into clear, actionable insights that cut through the noise, enabling teams to quickly understand the ‘so what’ and take decisive action.
Why join Eucalyptus?
  • Make real impact, fast – We build in the open together, which helps us learn and iterate more quickly to deliver high-quality outcomes faster than anyone else. You’ll help improve patients’ lives from the moment you join Euc.

Why Machine Learning Careers in the UK Are Becoming More Multidisciplinary

Machine learning (ML) has moved from research labs into mainstream UK businesses. From healthcare diagnostics to fraud detection, autonomous vehicles to recommendation engines, ML underpins critical services and consumer experiences. But the skillset required of today’s machine learning professionals is no longer purely technical. Employers increasingly seek multidisciplinary expertise: not only coding, algorithms & statistics, but also knowledge of law, ethics, psychology, linguistics & design. This article explores why UK machine learning careers are becoming more multidisciplinary, how these fields intersect with ML roles, and what both job-seekers & employers need to understand to succeed in a rapidly changing landscape.

Machine Learning Team Structures Explained: Who Does What in a Modern Machine Learning Department

Machine learning is now central to many advanced data-driven products and services across the UK. Whether you work in finance, healthcare, retail, autonomous vehicles, recommendation systems, robotics, or consumer applications, there’s a need for dedicated machine learning teams that can deliver models into production, maintain them, keep them secure, efficient, fair, and aligned with business objectives. If you’re hiring for or applying to ML roles via MachineLearningJobs.co.uk, this article will help you understand what roles are typically present in a mature machine learning department, how they collaborate through project lifecycles, what skills and qualifications UK employers look for, what the career paths and salaries are, current trends and challenges, and how to build an effective ML team.

Why the UK Could Be the World’s Next Machine Learning Jobs Hub

Machine learning (ML) is becoming essential to industries across the globe—from finance and healthcare to retail, logistics, defence, and the public sector. Its ability to uncover patterns in data, make predictions, drive automation, and increase operational efficiency has made it one of the most in-demand skill sets in the technology world. In the UK, machine learning roles—from engineers to researchers, product managers to analysts—are increasingly central to innovation. Universities are expanding ML programmes, enterprises are scaling ML deployments, and startups are offering applied ML solutions. All signs point toward a surging need for professionals skilled in modelling, algorithms, data pipelines, and AI systems. This article explores why the United Kingdom is exceptionally well positioned to become a global machine learning jobs hub. It examines the current landscape, strengths, career paths, sector-specific demand, challenges, and what must happen for this vision to become reality.
