Location: Liverpool (hybrid)
Salary: £44,720 plus up to £7,300 recruitment and retention allowance for exceptional candidates.

We are looking for Senior Data Analysts to join our End User Compute and Collaboration (EUCC) . The team designs and delivers a range of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Office applications.
In this role, you’ll develop and manage ETL processes, integrate new and existing data sources, and work closely with Data Acquisition, Analytics, and other teams to support the delivery of the data strategy through effective system design and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Lead data collection and migration across systems, delegating tasks as needed.
Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Apply advanced techniques (e.g. forecasting, modelling, time series analysis) to identify trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver findings.
Mentor and support Data Analysts, building team capability.
Work with Microsoft 365 and deliver enterprise-level analytics.
Understand and apply API functions.
Proficient in analytical techniques such as network analysis, data matching, and text analytics.
Strong grasp of data structures, modelling, cleansing, and standardisation.
Skilled in communicating insights through visualisations and reports.
Experience leading analytics projects and demonstrating business value.
Proficient in SQL, R, and/or Python, with experience using Power BI or similar tools.
