We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our fast-growing dating product team. In this role, you'll drive insights that directly shape product strategy, user experience, and feature development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own analysis of key dating funnel metrics (sign-ups, matches, retention, conversions).

  • Build dashboards to track engagement and performance across markets.

  • Design and analyse A/B tests to validate new product features.

  • Provide clear insights that influence product, marketing, and leadership decisions.

Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years' experience in data analytics, ideally in consumer apps or online platforms.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

  • Experience working with subscription, engagement, or conversion funnel data.

  • Strong communicator, able to present complex findings in simple, actionable ways.
