We are looking for a data-led professional to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that shape commercial strategy and drive business growth.

The Impact You’ll Have

Reporting to the Principal Analyst for Selling, you will partner with stakeholders across Product, Trading, and Marketing to deliver data-first solutions to strategic questions, analyse performance, and translate complex data into clear recommendations.

Your Day-to-day
  • Working across multiple stakeholder groups including product, marketing and trading.
  • Collaborating with analysts, engineers, data scientists, and commercial teams to define metrics and develop data products that provide clear insights and support rapid, data-driven decision-making.
  • Working with AI tools, and being passionate about leveling the team and stakeholders up.
  • Setting standards for high quality visualisations and reports (we use Looker and Looker Studio).
  • Participate in knowledge sharing, coaching colleagues and team members, and driving a culture of continuous development within the analytics team.
Your Skillset
  • Expert capabilities across analyst tooling - including SQL, and a programming language such as Python or R
  • Experience of analytical engineering - preferably using dbt
  • Experience using a visualisation tool such as Tableau or Looker
  • Extensive experience in Marketing, Product or Commercial analytics utilising advanced analytical methodologies
  • Curiosity and the ability to join the dots between different parts of the organisation
  • Experience in using AI for analytics purposes
Desirable (optional)
  • Experience with a version control system such as Git
  • Experience of experimentation, attribution or marketing mix modelling
