  • Produce ad‑hoc analysis about the state of production for various stakeholders and produce high‑impact insights
  • Be able to organize and plan your workload semi‑independently, managing multiple responsibilities and demands at once.

From time to time, you may

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • You love video games and are highly motivated by the chance to play a key role in their production

  • Are curious, with keen attention to detail and low tolerance for errors and can spot trends, risks and opportunities
  • You know what Agile and Jira are and how software dev teams use them to manage large projects
  • Know descriptive statistics, when to use a median instead of a mean and can explain at least one kind of error‑bar
  • You're a pro in all aspects of PowerBI and DAX
  • You make good looking, clean and easy to understand data visualizations
  • You know your way around a PowerPoint deck, are comfortable presenting to audiences, can explain complex things in simple terms, and construct compelling data stories
  • Can write complex and efficient SQL queries like a pro
  • Good soft skills – you communicate well in person or online, and are comfortable talking to all different kinds of people across our Production teams
  • Well organized – you get stuff done
  • Creative problem solver – you come up with and suggest creative ways to tackle problems

Desirable

  • Comfortable writing Python scripts for data wrangling and API interaction
  • You've worked with Databricks as an analyst in the past
  • You're familiar with DataOps and know how to use Git in conjunction with PowerBI or Databricks
  • Experience with scenario modeling
  • Knowledge of time‑series forecasting techniques
  • Know the difference between descriptive and inferential statistics and when to use them
  • Familiar with the game development lifecycle or previous experience at a studio
  • Previous experience in consulting or academic research
