The Role: We're looking for a dynamic Senior Analyst to join our growing team and partner with our operations leads across Servicing, Fincrime, KYC, and more to drive operational efficiency and scalability of Wise Platform operations. This is a newly created role that will allow you to have a big impact from day one You will be working closely with our Head of Business Operations to shape the priorities of the teams, building conviction through your insights and analysis. Some of things you’ll be working on: You will own our operational forecasting and capacity planning. By developing an intricate understanding of partners and the factors which drive operational workload, your work will ensure we’re adequately resourced and provide a best-in-class experience. You will collaborate with operational teams to understand their processes, build operational health scores and define metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive decision-making. Your analysis will reduce friction throughout our customers’ lifecycle. You will work with product and ops teams to ensure we can onboard customers seamlessly and reduce touch points throughout the transfer lifecycle. Qualifications A bit about you: You have a strong track record of partnering with operational teams and delivering actionable insights and recommendations that drive operational efficiency. You are an excellent communicator, able to form your own opinions and effectively articulate them to win colleagues round to your way of thinking. You are solution-oriented and able to own projects from start to finish. You are comfortable motivating stakeholders across Wise and negotiating timelines to unblock yourself and make things happen You are commercially minded. You are comfortable with opportunity sizing, have solid experience forecasting and scenario modelling. You’re an expert at crafting dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life, tell a story and have diagnostic power - even better if you’ve got experience doing this in Looker/Superset. You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow and Python (all analysts at Wise are expected to be full-stack and should be comfortable owning analytics from ingestion to insights).
