We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Senior Data Analyst to join our team on the UWE contract. As the successful candidate you will play a crucial role in supporting the job completion and billing process, providing the client with weekly and monthly reports on job status and providing insight and commentary.



  • Run weekly and monthly reports from the company CAFM system to give an up-to-date position on billing and outstanding queries
  • Produce the monthly billing report for the client and provide analysis of the data to highlight issues and concerns
  • Work closely with the client, Account Director, Account Manager and Billing to discuss any issues and agree actions
  • Work on the provision of information to make it more user friendly and meaningful
  • Manipulate large datasets in Excel, to provide job reports and identify common trends.
  • Take responsibility for the complex billing investigations and liaise with all relevant parties to secure a resolution
  • Perform monthly audit checks and investigate any failures and conduct a monthly commercial meeting with the client to discuss.
  • Allocate daily tasks and agree actions with the Junior Data Analyst, and support as appropriate.
  • Continually review common themes and trends in the data and seek to find ways of automating tasks to reduce queries and time to bill
    Highly developed Excel skills, pivot tables, V Look Ups
  • Analytical approach, able to explain and extract trends from large data sets
  • Able to work at pace and be flexible to respond to changing business needs
  • Excellent organisational skill with the ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines.
